Ordering

All our pieces are custom made to order unless specified.

I aim to complete your order within a 14 - 28 day timescale, larger orders within 4 - 6 weeks. If items are required sooner please contact me prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.

You will receive an Acknowledgement of Order email with an approximate completion date within 24 hours of the order being received. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours, please contact me. 

Once an order has been submitted and paid for online then we class that transaction as being complete. Any changes to the order may affect work time and the price quoted.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all customisation boxes have been completed when ordering. If information is incomplete the order will be made the same as the image on screen.

It is the responsibility of the customer  to read carefully the Acknowledgment of Order email and notify me of any changes or errors within 48 hours. After this time, no alterations can be made as your order will be in progress.

Delivery

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct postal address. No compensation for non-receipt can be claimed if incorrect details have been supplied.
 
Postage & Packaging is as detailed when ordering.   Please be aware that urgent orders may require guaranteed delivery dates at extra cost, however I will endeavour to keep these to a minimum and contact you prior to despatch with any revised postal charges.
 
International Orders
 
Any items ordered can be posted internationally, however the postage costs will vary depending on location and size of the package.  Please call or email me before ordering and I will obtain a quote for you.
 
Please note that all international delivery costs provided by us do not include any customs or duty taxes or additional charges that you may be required to pay upon delivery. These taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
 
Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:-

100% refund for orders cancelled within 7 days from the receipt of order
50% refund for orders cancelled within 8 to 10 days from receipt of order
0% refund for orders cancelled after 11 days from receipt of order.
 
Returns Policy
 
All items are custom made to order unless specified.
 
In the unlikely even that you are dissatisfied with your purchase(s) please notify me within 2 days of receipt. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods will be deemed as the property of the customer on the 8th day and will be returned. The goods must be returned in their original perfect condition, unworn, in the original packaging together with your original receipt.
 
All items must be returned by Recorded Delivery. Any item not received cannot be refunded.
 
International returns accepted within 14 days.

No refund will not be issued if the items you have ordered do not fit correctly. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct sizes when ordering.  Items can usually be altered but all costs in connection with this will be payable by the customer.

Earrings are exempt from our exchange/returns policy for health and safety reasons.

No postal charges will be refunded in any event.

We reserve the right to decline overseas orders for some items as they may not travel well! 

No refund will be given under any circumstances if items are returned after the wedding date.
